Grilled Knockwurst 8 fresh knockwurst 1 tsp. red pepper 4 Tbsp. oil 2 cups onion, chopped 24 oz. beer 4 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt spicy brown mustard Place beer and knockwurst in medium saucepan and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Meanwhile place onion in oil in small saucepan and cook until tender. Add red pepper, sugar and salt and simmer. Place knockwurst on heated grill for 8-10 minutes. Serve knockwurst with onion mixture over them and spicy brown mustard.
