While little Johnny is at school one day his pet cat, Buttons, 
gets hit by a car - and killed outright.  When the mother finds 
the cat she is very concerned about how Johnny will take the news. 

When Johnny comes home from school, his mother explains that 
Buttons is no longer with us and tries to console him with 
saying, "But don't worry, he is in heaven with God now."  

To which Johnny replies, "What's God gonna' do with a dead cat?"
