Fluctuations

A Chinese lady goes to the Royal London Bank to exchange Hong Kong
dollars for British pounds.  The British bank teller stated, "12 and a
half HK dollars for one British pound.."  The Chinese lady exchanges
100 pounds worth.

The next day, the Chinese lady goes back to the same bank and teller
and asks for the exchange rate.  This time, the teller stated, "13 HK
dollars for one British pound."  The Chinese lady responded, "13 HK
dollars?!?!?  Yesterday it was 12 and a half.  What happened?"

To this, the British teller coolly replied, "Fluctuations."  The
Chinese lady, in disbelief, screamed "Well... f**k you Caucasians
too!!"
