MS Tamagotchi 4.0


Frankly, I've come to regard my WinNT 4.0 box as a sort of
Tamagotchi, with the amount of time I spend fiddling with it.  It
too has a life cycle of sorts, it requires my constant care and
attention, it occasionally dies for no good reason, yet it's gone
as long as 24 days without having to reboot it (close to the record
Tamagotchi lifetime length I've seen reported about).  Why pay for
a Tamagotchi toy  when my system functions in the same virtual
capacity?  My desktop *is* the Tamagotchi.  The Tamagotchi *is* my
desktop.  Oops!  Time to converse with the talking paper clip in
Office97...
